What it does

The problem

Large organizations are hierarchies of regions, teams and individuals, each of whom should see only what their role requires. The software has to model that structure faithfully and keep sensitive data inside the right boundaries.

The constraints

  • Many independent organizations (tenants) on one platform.
  • Fine-grained visibility: role-based access control plus discretionary access control on individual records.
  • Source data arrives in inconsistent forms, including scanned documents.

How it was built

  1. 01

    Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL and React

A typed stack with multi-tenant role-based and discretionary access control built in from the start.

  2. 02

AI as an assistant, not an autopilot

A strategy assistant and a summarizer for canvassing notes, with people reviewing everything it produces.

  3. 03

    Vision-model extraction

Scanned historical results become structured data instead of manual re-entry.

  4. 04

    An activity hub

Incoming requests surface and move from pending to completed in view.
